  • USA Quality Plus™ pre-delivery inspection program launched. 
  • CMSI expands TNG Scooter distribution into Canada.

2005

  • Agreements signed with Piaggio Italia and PM Tuning Racing Products of the United Kingdom for both TNG and Lambretta lines.
  • CMSI signs exclusive North American distribution agreement with PM Tuning Racing Products.

2004

  • The Milano, Baja, and Verona 150cc scooters introduced by Twist N' Go.
  • Lambretta trademark acquired and work begins on new Series V Lambretta scooter for USA and Europe. 

2003

  • Record sales of over 2,000 49 cc scooters sold by Twist N' Go division.

2002

  • New 750 cc engine and gearbox introduced for Urals by CMSI with a quantum leap in improvements and reliability and components thanks to CMSI technical staff.
  • Milano and Del Rey 125cc scooters added to Twist N' Go product line.

2001

  • New Land Speed Record set by 650 Ural sidecar, on Bonneville salt flats....monstrous amount of CMSI R & D and volunteer work done by enthusiasts.
  • Venice and LS 49 cc motor scooters introduced under new Trademark “Twist N' Go“.

1999

  • CMSI achieves California Air Resource Board certification for 650 cc Ural, after extensive testing and R & D by CMSI.

1998

  • CMSI introduced electric starter on Urals....not available on Urals anywhere except in USA and by CMSI. Record sales for Urals achieved.

1995

  • CMSI moves into new corporate building in Preston Industrial Park. 1st Ural Owners Group rally held at camp Woskowitz in North Bend.

1994

  • EPA and DOT compliance achieved with 650 cc engine...after extensive R & D by Lynott and his technical staff.

1993

  • Decision is made to form Ural America, Inc. to import and distribute Ural sidecar motorcycles into North America.

1992

  • Founder Tom Lynott makes first trip to U.S.S.R. for his venture capital firm to open potato processing plant in Siberia. Potatoes turn into motorcycles!
